CBPR's Relocation Services Manager, Sue Kwasneski, has over 20 years of relocation experience and is committed to excellence. She and her staff take care of their customers and their families to make sure they have a smooth, successful moving experience.

Kristi Pritchett, Vice President of Concierge Services oversees the company's list of preferred vendors who are diligently screened to ensure quality, reliability and exceptional service. Developer Services

As the need to go "skyward," is changing the real estate landscape in Las Vegas, developers are looking for a new, strategic approach to getting their properties sold. Staying ahead of that trend, CBPR has created the Developer Services division. Under the direction of Brian Krueger, the division works specifically with high rise and mid-rise developments, as well as single family subdivisions, working with the property from the initial development through the last sale.

In addition to a management team with more than 30 years combined experience in high and mid-rise developments, CBPR gives their agents extensive training and coaching in this specialty. They hope to continue their use of award-winning technology and sales systems to continue this division's success.
